We want you to love your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of our products, personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or there is an error with your order.

For non-personalized items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery if you would like to request a return. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or was sent incorrectly.

Personalized Items

Because personalized jewelry and gifts are created specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Custom engraved items

  • Personalized name or initial jewelry

  • Items with custom messages or designs

  • Any item made specifically to your specifications

Please carefully review your personalization details before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will review your request and work with you to find the best solution.

Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method after the item has been received and inspected.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly.

Please allow your payment provider additional time to process the refund after it has been issued.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has entered production, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
