Processing Time

All pieces are handmade to order. Please allow 1-3 business days for production before your order ships.

Personalized and custom designs may take slightly longer, as each detail is carefully crafted just for you.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

Shipping

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic Shipping: 3-7 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or busy holiday seasons.

We kindly ask that you double-check your shipping address at checkout, as we are unable to reroute packages once they have shipped.

Returns & Exchanges (Non-Personalized Items)

We want you to love your jewelry. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with a non-personalized item, we accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unworn and in original condition
  • Item must be returned in original packaging
  • You must contact us before sending the item back

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Personalized & Custom Items

Because personalized pieces are made specifically for you, they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please carefully review all names, dates, initials, and customization details before placing your order.

If we make an error on your personalization, we will absolutely correct it.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll gladly make it right as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, production may already be in progress.
